ACHC Executive Director Named Health Care Innovator / Honoree Hero

The awards dinner to honor the 2009 honorees was held October 1 at The Center on the Grove in Boise.

On August 24 2009, Steve Martin from the Idaho Business Review contacted Denise Langston-Groves to inform her that she had been selected as one of the Idaho Business Review’s Health Care Heroes honorees for 2009 in the Health Care Innovator category. She was profiled in a Health Care Heroes magazine published in the October 5 issue of the Idaho Business Review.

According to Mr. Martin, the Health Care Heroes program grew out of their realization that those who work to really make a difference every day often go unnoticed. He also stated that this year's honorees come from all over the State.
